Is it true what they say about sugar?

Yes...avoid sugar!!! Sugar is very problematic is the human body. Some packaged foods will list 'sugar' as an ingredient, however, most food makers produce their food made with High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS). This ingredient can be found in everything, which is part of the reason why 70% of Americans are either overweight or obese. Try your hardest to avoid eating foods that are made with this form of sugar. Start reading food labels. You will be shocked when you discover how many packaged, bottled and processed foods are made with HFCS. This is an inexpensive form of sweetener that reaks havoc on the digestive system, insulin levels and your bodies ability to burn fat.
